Help?

Here on Brazil I usually live in place called Rio de Janeiro,
it never was perfect, we always had many problems...
but I can tell you that now we are having more problems than the usual...
we are being hurt, caged just because we disagree with the games from our Governments...
everything because of this World Cup...
the State Government,the Federal Government and our mayor are playing with us citizens...
I can really tell ya that I have been living in a "Hell de janeiro"...
If we are on France we can notify the authorities that we will make a manifest and we can go to the streets,
as an activist...
"manifs" are usually common...
we just have to mark a day and tell them where this will happen actually...
I feel me in a place that i do not recognize...
we need someone from Amnesty International Here on Brazil...
you have offices at South America but unhappily not on Brazil, our press hide most of the things that are happening here...
people here are scared,shocked and frightened...
I beg for someone from Amnesty Internacional before the worst happens...
just because of 20 days of World Cup this city and also other cities are becoming something indescribable...
we must be almost zombies and this is so unfair...
